Mission and Objectives of RDHR

Mission

The mission of RDHR is to support and strengthen the society at the Grass root level by generating knowledge, providing participatory innovative solutions, facilitating access to resources and services for the poor, marginalized and disadvantaged communities. RDHR firmly believes and is actively involved in promoting human rights, dignity and gender equity through poor people’s social, economic, political and human capacity building. RDHR seeks to achieve these objectives through organizing communities under common local platforms for sustainable development.

Objectives

* To Create organizational culture at community level by organizing them on common platforms for self help initiatives and building their capacities to function as viable social institutions;
* To Improve livelihood conditions through developing and enhancing skills for generating and diversifying primary and alternative employment
* To Reduce environmental hazards, conserve bio-diversity and promote climate change adaptation
* To become self sustaining social research organization accessible to stakeholders for quality feedback and decision making solutions.read more
